Afronation held its first event in Europe (The Algarve Portimao, Portugal) in 2019. It was billed as the first festival to celebrate the African Diaspora.

Over, 20,000 people of African descent gathered to enjoy four days of live music from African, Caribbean, European and American artists.

The festival was titled “The Biggest Urban Music Beach Festival in Europe”.

Moreover, but if you really take the time to think about what it really takes to not only pull off a festival of that magnitude but to do so successfully, you’d definitely agree that the festival lives up to its heavyweight title.

The event was undeniably a friendly community atmosphere, filled with a sense of family spirit and oneness among the fans.

The second installment was in Ghana. It was held at Laboma Beach, Accra Ghana.

While the third installment of Afronation will be held at Balneario de Carolina, San Juan, Puerto Rico
